Another HOAX Suspension / Boxes & Pallet Label Down / ESR Rep & GD

1️⃣ Another 100% HOAX suspension. The Suits were not in the best mood this week as some sellers lost large amounts of inventory for coupon stacking errors and they simply shrugged it off.; There were issues all week with printing boxes and pallet Labels. Also, on Wed Amazon had many services down; The ASGTG event is coming up Jan 11th. I updated site with exciting updates.

2️⃣ This was an interesting message regarding Send/replenish inventory workflow for FBA shipments.

4️⃣ For the rest of the ASINs, the existing inventory removal is already in progress. Once all the inventory is cleared, we would be able to reinstate them.

5️⃣ “I have checked and see that the provided invoice is editable and unable to continue the investigation.” We are getting this now on shipment recon cases. We are using the invoices we get from our supplier. I guess we need to start printing them and rescanning.

6️⃣ Lancome paris luxury and some other beauty brands became gated for some sellers.

7️⃣ From a concerned ASGTG member: “I’ve got a truck at ABE8. They arrived at their appointment time. Initially they refused to unload as they did not have space. Eventually after many hours of phone calls unloaded. “

9️⃣ Some sellers have been suspended for restricted products but after appealing, it turned into adult policy violation; There is a massive backlog on amazon of unshipped orders and it may be they are prioritizing 1p orders first.

🔟 An ESR rep denied an appeal but then told the seller to be blessed. “Please be safe and God bless. XXXX Executive Selling Partner Relations.”
