AH Much Better Next Steps / Continued DS Suspensions / UPS MF Discounts

1️⃣ AH seemed to have revamped its “Next steps” process giving surprisingly specific measures needed to take in a POA for a listing or account. A trickle of accounts suspended for reselling have actually been reinstated which is unusual. Amazon continues to suspend DS accounts for any kind of violation, some just from seller fulfilled. They are not easily reinstated. There continues to be endless false+ related accounts to the point where its sadly comical.

2️⃣ “Your account does not qualify” issue is still happening for top accounts with no real explanation. It does not allow you to sell certain brands when others can.

6️⃣ ASGTG event on May 11 is in full planning with most speakers announced. As always, its super exciting to see everyone and & I expect this year to be the largest turnout.

7️⃣ For Suspected IP complaints it seems that if you close the listings, they automatically remove them from your dashboard. There is no letdown of suspensions at all so please always resolve IP issues as allowing them to linger eventually leads to suspension.

8️⃣ Amazon sues ‘fake review brokers’ who attempt to profit from generating misleading and fraudulent reviews (aboutamazon.eu).

9️⃣ “There has been an update to the list of administrators for your Vendor Central account (XXXXXX). One of the administrators has been removed.”
