1. There were some reinstatements the past week on difficult, long suspensions, including some funds being released (not reinstatement) on inauthentic and bogus-related account suspensions. Not much movement on unsuitable suspensions despite many of them being ridiculous. It’s time for Amazon to “turn the page” and work with the legitimate sellers community; the ASGTG event on March 20 has some updates. Please join

4. There was a bizarre Nestle letter going around that said selling new chocolate from authorized dealers violated Amazon’s policy. Unsure if it was authentic.

5. Some sellers were suspended for inserts and messaging, which Amazon claimed violated the policy of asking for a review. It’s possible after the section 3s, the suits will turn their attention to PL enforcement, which always includes reviews.

6. “Your account is at risk of being automatically enrolled to have Automated Handling Time (AHT) enabled. Once auto-enrolled, you will no longer be able to disable AHT. To prevent this from happening, take the actions as described to address your issues.”

7. Yikes!!! “Our investigation, which includes a review of the information you shared, has determined that your account was used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity. These activities include the violation of Amazon’s policies such as trying to manipulate reviews or to rank fraudulently, engage in fictitious transactions, abuse our systems, undermine customer trust, or to use our services for illegal activities like money laundering. As a result, we’re withholding funds in your account”

8. This is popping up, and Amazon teams are being sticklers. “We review your submission but do not have enough information to address the issues to your listings at this time. We cannot accept this invoice because It was issued over 365 days ago.

9. The total balance/ payment number is not updating on some accounts.

10. “Please provide Supply Chain documentation that traces your products back to the manufacturer.”
