No Holds Barred Warning on Reviews / Brands Mistakenly Gated / Honest Surbir Prevails

1️⃣ ASGTG leadership team thinks these are unusually strong and pointed words regarding fake reviews and understands the need for this enforcement. The statement also recognizes the importance of the need for nuance in discerning real abuse and false positives / heavy handed enforcement of legit sellers which is a major positive “We know that the vast majority of our sellers work hard every day to create a great shopping experience for our customers, that they are operating businesses, and that they often have many employees to support”. “ED” warning on following POA on inserts.

2️⃣ Many brands that were easily ungated in the past with invoices have gated out 3P sellers from listings and they are saying they are not accepting new applications. I think this is a glitch as some are getting fixed and this happened without any email about the issue. Will have more on this as it develops.
