2️⃣ There are many Restricted Products issues that were false and very frustrating. Lighting, computers, cosmetics and of course pesticides. You can get these reinstated, but results seem to vary regardless of facts. They can & should be appealed & escalated if necessary but this team seems overwhelmed.

4️⃣ From a concerned ASGTG member “They increased my limits last week only to decrease them again this week, create shipments even if you have not fully received your goods, otherwise they will decrease your limits!” I continue to believe this (storage/ restock) issue will not be long term and situation should ease soon.

5️⃣ AH rep on phone trash talks forged doc seller. “You won’t get any responses. You are dead to us.”;

6️⃣ “Detail Pages Needing Correction. ASIN: XXXXXX Attribute needing correction: item name Detected inaccurate or inappropriate content symbols (!)”

7️⃣ Rare: “We are asking for any additional information such as invoices, import or export documents, and so on, or context that would help us better understand the activities that resulted in the loss of your ability to sell on Amazon. No plan of action is requested, as this process will not result in the reinstatement of your account.”

8️⃣ A Seller changed their store name and was suspended for being related to the old store name (which is the same MCID). This a clear quirk in the system; “Amazon FREE Account – Expansion opportunity to Saudi Arabia.” Very aggressive trying to expand.

9️⃣ “I am your account executive for FBA. I noticed you are getting close to your FBA sort type inbounding limit. Let me know if you would like to increase this so you can send in more units. If you can give me a list of ASINs and how many you would like to send in. I can attempt to get this adjusted for you.”

🔟 As a general rule, if you get a false related account suspension on a small inconsequential marketplace ( MX, CA) it will NOT eventually suspend the much larger main US account. In the latest round of false +, the fix has been slow but nobody’s main account that I have seen has been suspended as a result so no need to panic.
