1️⃣ Thanks for the memories, Jeff! Andy Jassy, a NY native (Jewish) is the new CEO and we wish him loads of success and mazel. Here is a letter I sent to Jeff in 2015 when we started the ASGTG. Amazon announced it is only allowing certain pre-approved Payment Service Providers (PSP). Sellers are getting A2Z claims overturned related to the Dec USPS debacle (e-mail backoffice-support@amazon.com). For Detail Pages Needing Correction “ they now say “Detected inaccurate or inappropriate content:” so you actually know WHAT to change instead of being frustrated for no reason .(HT Amazon)
2️⃣ AH being somewhat unclear if you can / cannot remove something from dashboard with a POA. “However to remove these violations from your account health dashboard, please prepare a plan of action…”
3️⃣ Get more organic reviews and seller feedback, 100% TOS compliant! sellerboard’s autoresponder can now trigger “Request a review” emails fully automatically. The review request message is sent by amazon to your customer, asking them to review your product and provide seller feedback (same mail as if you click “Request a review” in the seller central, but on autopilot). 4️⃣ Products across many categories are incorrectly being flagged as ADULT and SeSu seems unable to easily fix this. No easy path to solve.
5️⃣ Enforcing liability insurance of your PL products. This is not as costly as you think. “We are writing to request that you provide proof of liability insurance for the products you sell through Amazon’s store, as required by your selling agreement with Amazon. Please respond by 3/2/2021.”
6️⃣ What happens if I do not send the requested information? If we do not receive the requested information, “the image will remain down.” New teams!!! “Amazon Handmade Integrity Team” and “Amazon User Research team”.
7️⃣ In accordance with the French Anti-Fraud Act (provisions of paragraph 3 of Article 242 bis of the General Tax Code), Amazon is required to provide the French Tax Authority with data generated by your 2020 selling on Amazon account by 31 January 2021.
8️⃣ “This product has been identified as a streaming media player that is facilitating copyright infringement. Amazon policy prohibits the listing or sale of products that promote, suggest the facilitation of, or actively enable the infringement of or unauthorized access to digital media or other protected content.”
9️⃣ “Hello from Amazon. We are contacting you today to notify you that we have removed your privileges to sell all date-sensitive products.”
🔟 “Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support, We apologize for a technical issue that has changed the functionality of seller accounts. Our staff is currently working to resolve this issue. We will update you when we have more information.”

#9 – I had a streaming media player pulled down a month ago.
What needs to be done to get it selling again?
