ASGTG Pakistani Conspiracy? / Dietary Supplements Change / Amazon Employee Gives Bad Advice

1️⃣ Approximately 48 hours after ASGTG called out Pakistani sellers, reports surfaced that Amazon suspended 13k accounts. There are questions if those reports are accurate. Regardless, SP was aggressive in suspending DS accounts and is making it nearly impossible to get reinstated; The suits were generally pretty grumpy this week; New email? highrisk-childsafety@amazon.com

2️⃣ Amazon reversed course dietary supplements on N-acetyl-L-cysteine. “Hello, You might have received a notice from us about the ASINs that are listed at the link below, which were removed from our store as a result of a restriction on products that contain N-acetyl-L-cysteine. We’ve since updated our policy to remove these restrictions. You can now list products that contain this ingredient as long as the listings fully comply with all applicable Amazon policies for the sale of dietary supplements.”

4️⃣ “We would also like to remind you of the Amazon Drop Shipping Policy, our Seller Code of Conduct, and the policies within. Drop shipping, or allowing a third-party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf, is not acceptable unless it is clear to the customer that you are the seller of record.”

9️⃣ An AH rep told an ASGTG seller that they needed a Letter of Authorization from a brand and suggested that the seller “find it on the internet.” When the seller asked the Amazon employee how that makes sense, he said, “yeah, good point.”
