Seller Almost Pushed To Edge / SAS Rep Fires Back at ASGTG Seller / AHR Scores

1️⃣ A distraught Amazon Seller was almost driven to the edge literally. The suits initially told him to call 911, but after ASGTG supported him was reinstated. Must see. ; ASGTG #9 is Jan 10th / 11th. Seems like lots of account suspensions this past week, including related, inauthentic, etc.

2️⃣ SAS rep fires back at disgruntled ASGTG seller “Please bear in mind that most teams, including ours are working their way through a backlog of contacts and engagement cases and there will be a longer delay than usual in our answers.”

3️⃣ Avoid account suspension by making sure you appeal violations on Account Health Dashboard. (Rating < 100 = Suspension.) Sign up for ASGTG Retainer Service where we do just that, for a flat fee every month. (sponsored)

4️⃣ This is showing up incorrectly on some branded listings “We attempted to reach you by phone to discuss the status of your Amazon selling account. We believe that customers who are related to you have written reviews on the following products that your competitors are selling: Why did I receive this message? Family members, close friends, or employees of a seller may not write negative reviews on products sold by the seller’s competitors. This violation has a negative impact on your account health and, if left unaddressed, it may lead to account deactivation….”

5️⃣ AHR scores seem way out of whack as outstanding accounts score in the 200s out of 1000. Focus on the Healthy and not the score for now as it’s calculated strangely that even a 200 can be healthy. Only some accounts have it now.

6️⃣ “This product may interfere with the proper operation of a vehicles’s emissions control systems which violates Title II of the Clean Air Act. Amazon policy prohibits the sale of products that violate the Clean Air Act, including products intended to defeat, bypass or shut down emission control devices.”

7️⃣ SAS info is on the seller dashboard under growth for some accounts.

8️⃣ “Hello, as part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, we have implemented additional restrictions for Urban Decay in beauty products. Effective 2022-11-22 you will not be able to list the affected products and your listings will be removed. This action does not impact your account health.”

9️⃣ “This product has been identified as a food product that contains alcohol. Except when pre-approved, alcoholic products are prohibited from sale on Amazon.com.”
