Hello All
️⃣ There are many complaints of hijackers, mainly from international sellers; The INFORM Act process is getting better, with most getting verified. Here are some tidbits; There were many unfair suspensions this week. See some on a “Tale Of 2 Amazons”; Please follow me on Medium; Suits were NOT in a good mood this week; There are issues with sponsored products reporting.
️⃣ This is all over the place: “We have taken these measures because we believe that your account is offering items that are unsuitable and may have been used to engage in deceptive or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store. Our unsuitable inventory policy can be found here.”
️⃣ Perci combines AI with Amazon best practices to generate optimized, profitable listings in seconds. It automatically avoids Amazon banned words/phrases. The tool also detects and alerts you to ‘watch phrases’ that may trigger Amazon investigations. So you know your listing is safe and compliant. Get 2 listings free when you register (Sponsored)
️⃣ Suspensions In Germany “We are unable to verify your compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) requirements for waste from electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) in Germany because you have either not submitted your WEEE-Reg.-Nr(s)., or we have not been able to validate the number(s) you provided.”
️⃣ “We received a report that you have shipped a different product than described on the detail page. We have not deactivated your listing at this time, but repeat violations of shipping a different product than described on the detail page may lead to listing deactivation.”
️⃣ “Amazon must collect and verify a seller’s name, a government-issued identification document, a business address, bank account information, a working email address, a working phone number, and a tax identification number. This information must be either in the business name of the seller or for an individual legally authorized to act on the seller’s behalf.”
️⃣ “This product has been identified as a topical product intended to treat or remove moles, milia, and/or skin tags. Amazon policy prohibits the listing or sale on Amazon of these types of products. If you believe that this determination has been made in error, please appeal with the Drug Facts panel, National Drug Code (NDC).”
️⃣ SP rep fires back at ASGTG seller, “Thank you for working with Account Health Support to address the drop shipping violation on your Amazon selling account. At this time, you have not sufficiently addressed the issue in your appeal. As you committed in a prior contact, you did not delete all inventory on your Manage Inventory Page. ASIN XXXXXX is still active.”
️⃣ “We closely examined your account, any related accounts, and your order history to ensure that any decision regarding your account was made according to our policies.”
🔟 I started an ASGTG community on Twitter; A suspended SFP account was reinstated one year after sending a POA. Perhaps appeal now as they are opening new slots.
