1️⃣ There are complaints of Amazon not accepting verifiable wholesaler’s invoices selling legitimate goods. The suits were not in the best mood this week. There was no letdown in the unsuitable goods issue. Our petition is up to 608, so kindly sign and share, as this helps minimize continued misbehavior by Amazon.

4️⃣ There were some questionably related account suspensions this week.

5️⃣ “This product has been identified as a prohibited audio surveillance device. Amazon policy prohibits the sale or listing of devices that can be used to secretly intercept or record wire, oral, or electronic communications , (i.e., eavesdropping or wiretapping). 6️⃣ Strange: “I understand you wish to retract the report from brand registry. I apologize for the inconvenience caused and will surely assist you in this regard. Please know there is no process on our end or on your end to retract a complaint after 6 months. It is this way because it cannot be retracted.”

7️⃣ SP has not perfected the new ASIN appeals and has contradictory instructions, as I explain here.

8️⃣ Solar eclipse glasses seem close to gated for many legitimate sellers with proper paperwork. These are hard to reinstate.
