4. A UK-based seller says Amazon Support confirmed their UK warehouse cannot qualify for BHDR protection because SSA only supports US ship-from addresses. Switching from USPS Media Mail to UPS would increase shipping costs without guaranteeing delivery during business hours or BHDR compliance.
