In some cases product returns may be best suited for charitable donation. If this is the case, we work with area homeless shelters, hospitals, and non-profit organizations to provide the donations.

American eLogistics provides international merchants peace of mind with our tried and trued "Consolidation & Export" services. We receive and store returns for 30 days then create a consolidated shipment to be delivered to the door of the merchant. Merchants have access to their inventory through our Tier 1 WMS to self manage cargo as its received.

Returned merchandise is carefully inspected upon arrival to our 50,000 sqft warehouse. A warehouse receipt is generated by a receiving clerk and the inspection grade is notated along with other pertinent details concerning the return. The warehouse receipt is shared with the merchant allowing them to make immediate business decisions like refunds.
