Hello all
1️⃣ Many received the following and can be reinstated with appeal. “We will continue to reduce discoverability on the products listed in search results and promotional channels until we identify and remove reviews and reverse any unfair advantage accrued to the products driven by such reviews, to the extent feasible. During this period, customers will still be able to find and purchase your products.” I think SP is using the term unfair “reviews” loosely and may really be related to giveaways or other rank manipulation even without reviews.
2️⃣ In a surprise passive aggressive pre-Purim move, AmznSellerhelp unfollowed ASGTG twitter handle with no explanation.

4️⃣ “Thank you for the information you have provided. We are currently investigating this matter further. Once we complete our investigation, we will contact you with the outcome of your review. We appreciate your patience in the interim.”
5️⃣ Sellers are receiving erroneous compliance document requests from amazon. This is happening mainly in .CA for some reason.
6️⃣ Not new but more common. “We have deleted all the product feeds that were added through your Amazon selling account. Why did this happen? We arrived at this decision because your account is currently deactivated due to policy violations. This is a cautious step to ensure that our customers do not view potentially incorrect information on Amazon.”
7️⃣ SP was pretty busy this week suspending accounts for IP, duplicate Listing policy, related accounts, restricted items & more. They were very nice early in the week but then turn cold the last few days not reinstating anything easily.
8️⃣ If a brand or listing gets suspended because of “high levels of reviews abuse” and it’s untrue, then this may be the explanation.
9️⃣ SeSu is implementing Schedule Call functionality for Seller Support to schedule a call in advance. There are some quirks so far.
