2. Please be careful when removing “unauthorized” sellers from legitimate inventory. Without a strong IP basis, you could jeopardize your Brand Registry status, and it’s difficult to reinstate (though not impossible).

7. A seller reported that Amazon appears to be conducting a broad compliance enforcement sweep, with increased requests for Food, Product Safety, and toy listing documents observed between August 3–4.

8. Reports indicate some Walmart sellers were suspended without notification and without an apparent appeals process.
