Hello all
1️⃣ A few sellers were attacked with fake copyright complaints against their own images clearly from bad actor competitors (DMCA takes 14 days); there is a scam where someone calls from “Amazon Account Health” and asks for email and then sends a fake phishing email, so please be aware; ASGTG23 event is 23 days away; SP is still being difficult for Approvals; New Team? coachingoutreach@amazon.com

5️⃣ From a concerned ASGTG member: “Today I get emails from 3 diff factories in 3 diff provinces in China and all of them are delaying my shipping because of Covid issues…will be interesting to see how this plays out.”
6️⃣ Bizarre Conversation: “Amazon: “We see some of your listings have been suspended for policy violations”. We would like to help you submit an appeal. Seller: Great! What was the policy violation, so I know how to appeal? Amazon: Oh, we are not at liberty to disclose that…. Seller : Then how do I appeal? Amazon: You select the appeal button on the policy violation page and tell us why you think this is not in violation’ Seller: But how do I know what I’m appealing? Amazon: Sorry; I am not at liberty to disclose that…
7️⃣ “This product has been identified as containing hydroquinone at a prescription concentration. Amazon policy prohibits the listing or sale of products that require a prescription for purchase.”
8️⃣ “We received your submission but do not have enough information to address the issues with your listings at this time. We cannot accept retail documents as an invoice unless they include the correct items and quantities. “
9️⃣ “My name is XXXXX from the Amazon Executive Selling Partner Relations Team. The case number provided is the one I’m handling. In this case, I do recommend you to contact seller support in regards to this issue.
