Hello All

️⃣ Build-A-POA – Possible glimpse into the future? Amazon is toying with a build a POA concept which will allow sellers to build a POA from dropdowns with pre-written templates. Amazon SP is upping their game.

️⃣ There have been multiple threads regarding the FBA IPI issues, and my feeling is that Amazon will adjust things in the next few weeks.

️⃣ “Hello from Amazon Global Selling, we are writing to notify you of debit and credit you will see on your account in the next few days. From July 8 through July 17, 2020, we experienced a technical issue that resulted in one or more customer returns of your orders being debited from your account at 80% of the sale price instead of 100%. In the next few days, we will debit your account for the remaining 20% amount, then within 48 hours, credit your account for the same amount. No action is required by you to receive this credit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have.”

️⃣ “We regret to inform you that the Plan of Action provided does not provide enough guarantee that the actions described will be achieved. Please review the Plan of Action agreed on XX/XX/XXX and dive deep into customer feedback, order defects, and other data to identify root causes, and address with strong preventive methods.”

️⃣ “Hello from fulfillment by amazon, we have checked a sample of your inventory for ASIN XXXXX and found no defects We have reinstated your offer and closed our investigation. While this investigation does not affect your seller account, Please read the original customer return comments about your inventory before sending your next shipment to amazon.”

️⃣ “Regardless of whether you intend to continue selling these ASINs, you will need to submit an appeal for these deactivated listings.

️⃣ “We are writing to inform you that we received notification that the court order that resulted in your asset freeze is now resolved. Consequently, we have removed the hold, and disbursement activity will resume as normal.”

️⃣ This also came in Chinese “Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon; we identified an error in which inventory for one or more of your return removal orders created between July 30 and August 4 was disposed of. We will automatically reimburse you for the disposed units once we complete our review. No action is required on your part. Please note that Selling Partner Support does not have additional information to share on this issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you. The Fulfillment by Amazon team.”
