Hello All
1. Wild week! Nike again was ungated for some larger sellers, as was the Funko seller from last week, but many brands are still under mass gating, and it’s still unclear what is a glitch and what is by design. I think this round was a glitch, but the supplements block from a few weeks ago was not. There have also been sellers ungated for things they were always gated: A Black Friday deal for ASGTG Event on March 20.

8. Multiple sellers have goods in storage for a long time that they cannot remove, which is accruing storage fees.

10. A seller received a violation for trademark misuse for the term Bicycle; This seller had his business destroyed for 1 item purchased directly from the brand.
