Most wholesale sellers on Amazon are running the same broken workflow.
A vendor sends a pricelist. You push it through a scanner, ScanUnlimited or SellerAmp or whichever tool your team uses. It spits out the ASINs it could match against Amazon. Your buyers take that shortlist and spend the next two days digging manually for the multipacks, bundle variations, and alternate listings the scanner missed.
You still miss ASINs. And every miss is money that goes to a competitor who happened to find it.
We ran the same workflow for years. Then we automated it. Two of our resellers have added close to $500K in monthly recurring revenue from vendor sheets their own teams had already processed.
Scanners match identifiers. That’s the entire job. UPC on the vendor sheet needs to match a UPC on Amazon. Title needs to match. Part number needs to match.
Wholesale Amazon does not work that way.
Vendors list private-label UPCs that don’t exist on Amazon. Vendors give titles that read nothing like the Amazon detail page. The most profitable version of a product is usually a 3-pack or a 6-pack with a completely different UPC than the single unit on the vendor sheet.
Scanners lose all of that. And what they miss becomes manual work.
Your buyers know this. They spend two days per pricelist digging for the ASINs the scanner couldn’t find. Multipacks. Bundles. Alternate listings for the same SKU that just happen to have different identifiers. It’s slow, it’s exhausting, and even a good buyer misses opportunities under that kind of volume pressure.

Same vendor sheet. Left: what a UPC scanner finds. Right: what MBB PAW surfaces from the same catalog.
We call it MBB PAW. Pipeline Audit for Wholesale.
It’s not a scanner. It doesn’t match identifiers. It identifies the product itself.
Here’s the flow.
Zero human involvement through steps 1 to 4. Real operator judgment on step 5.

The actual deliverable. Signal-coded rows tell your buyer exactly where to spend time.
Three things separate this from what’s already in the market.
We identify products, not identifiers. The scraper stops the moment a UPC doesn’t match. Our system starts with the vendor row and finds the product on the open web first, then finds every ASIN version of that product on Amazon. Vendor identifier mismatches stop being a problem.
We do the qualification work. This is the piece that most tools skip entirely. A scanner tells you what’s on Amazon. It doesn’t tell you what’s worth buying. Our team does that qualification. You get a shortlist, not a dataset.
We built this from actually operating wholesale accounts. Make Brands Big runs Amazon growth for brands and resellers, PPC and listing work and full catalog audits. This solution came out of our internal need before we ever offered it externally. The people qualifying your ASINs are the same people running our own reseller operations.
Two of our clients have run PAW on their existing vendor sheets over the last 90 days. Sheets their teams had already gone through manually.
Combined, they added close to $500K in monthly recurring revenue from those audits. Not from opening new vendors. Not from new pricelists. From products already in their existing sourcing that their buyers didn’t find on the first pass.
One of them reduced their buyer headcount from three to one on this workflow. The remaining buyer runs qualification on the enriched shortlist and spends the rest of their week on things that actually move the business, vendor negotiation, new relationships, terms conversations.
Total buyer hours saved across both engagements: north of 400.
Expected $80–90K per month in new revenue from a single vendor sheet the reseller’s team had already processed manually. All 19 ASINs were missed by their existing workflow.
Standard PAW works from your existing pricelists. Every ASIN we surface is something you can already source through vendors you already work with.
For sellers who want to go further, we offer Exhaustive Research. Same pipeline, but the discovery step expands. We find profitable ASINs on Amazon that are not in your current pricelists, within brands and categories your operation could realistically source through vendor outreach.
This is for sellers who’ve maxed out their existing sheets or who want to open conversations with new vendors already knowing which of their SKUs would actually be profitable. Much stronger negotiating position than “send me your catalog and I’ll take a look.”
This works if you’re doing at least $1M a year on Amazon in a wholesale model with real vendor pricelists and net terms.
Below that, honestly, the manual approach is still economical. The payback needs volume to work.
Above $1M there’s no ceiling. We serve sellers all the way through $30M and beyond.
If you’re an agency or a broker running vendor sheet analysis for multiple client accounts, this scales even harder. Every hour we save your team compounds across every account you run.
Because ASGTG readers tend to be the sellers who actually understand what missing opportunities cost, we’re doing something for this community specifically.
Free audit on one vendor pricelist. Priority scheduling. No commitment.
Send us one representative pricelist. Any size, any format. We’ll run the full standard audit, deliver the signal-coded Google Sheet, and walk you through the top opportunities on a call. You see exactly what your current process is missing before you decide whether to run more.
Priority scheduling means ASGTG readers jump the standard queue. We’re capping this at the first sellers who reach out to keep quality high, so if this fits your operation, don’t sit on it.
That’s the whole flow. No forms, no gatekeeping.
