Hello All
️⃣ Amazon SFP announced major changes that will make it much harder for a seller to remain active in this program. (As mentioned 2 weeks ago, the SFP link was down for a few days and it appeared like the program is ending or changing.)
️⃣ “Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support, I have reviewed your email and understood that you would like to know when FC receives the shipment, how will we be able to proceed without the Warehouse stamp. Our internal team has clearly stated that in order to maintain Social Distancing requirements, FCs have temporarily suspended the practice of stamping BOLs starting 6/5/2020. In this case, BOL without a stamp is enough for investigation. I have also checked and confirmed that the reconciled data is updated on the reconcile tab. You can verify this information by using the link given below:”
️⃣ As an Amazon seller, you may be well aware they are currently restricting incoming shipments. 3P Shipping is a worldwide full-service fulfillment company specializing in FBM Pick/Pack and FBA prep services. 4️⃣ “Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon, We noticed a spike in shipment creation activity. To ensure we best serve all customers and sellers, we are canceling shipments with an unusual increase. Please note that Selling Partner Support is unable to provide more information at this time and cannot recreate the shipment for you. Thank you for participating in FBA, The Fulfillment by Amazon team.”
️⃣ More of the related account suspensions have been reinstated and confirmed as untrue.
️⃣ Amazon adding time on invoices. “These documents should reflect your sales volume on Amazon during the last 365 days. –Invoice date (must be issued in the last 365 days and before 08/07/2020 20:00 PDT.
️⃣ New! “We have deleted all the product feeds that were added through your Amazon selling account.” Also “Please take action to correct the root cause of these negative customer experiences before relisting your item.”
️⃣ Multiple FBA sellers are reporting that FBA canceling shipments out of nowhere – even when the shipment is in transit and sometimes after it is checked in.
️⃣ FBA onsite seems to be closing “All FBA Onsite nodes are closing in the US on February 10, 2021, because even before COVID-19, 80% of FBA Onsite offers did not meet the Prime Two-Day delivery promise that customers expect.”
🔟 Amazon added Official Registered Address on many accounts that did not have one prior. Many apparently had this before.
