Proactive Pesticides Requirements / No Restocking on New MF / New Refunds Widget

1️⃣ It appears you can no longer charge a restocking fee for MFN orders if the item is returned as new.

4️⃣ “We are contacting you because we noticed an unusual spike in your shipment creation activity. To maximize selection for customers, we have introduced ASIN-level quantity limits on products in FBA. These shipments exceeded the available ASIN storage capacity provided for your account. To ensure we best serve all customers and sellers, we have canceled these shipments.” Has been popping up again

5️⃣ “We have taken this measure because the information available to us indicates that you have not fulfilled orders after confirming shipment” – This is for those printing labels and not shipping within a reasonable time frame.

6️⃣ There has been quite a lot of “FC processing” items where you can’t do a removal order pending invoices. If they do not accept the invoices you need to keep trying and escalating as eventually, they will destroy these goods.

7️⃣ There is a new “Refunds” widget for MF orders that seems to show “pending refunds” for any item where a return request was made, regardless if the item was returned or even shipped yet by the customer.

8️⃣ “Starting on October 6, 2020, new listings of pesticides and pesticide devices will require the Pesticide Marking attribute to be filled in upon listing creation with evidence of an EPA Registration number and/or EPA Establishment number, or a certification that the product is exempt from EPA regulations. Proactively providing the required EPA information to this detail page content will minimize disruption to your product offerings”. Many sellers after Oct 6th received a “pesticide” suppression for clearly unrelated items (ie t-shirts etc).

9️⃣ Manage Inventory was down for a few hours yesterday and is back up today.
