Renewed Suspended 4 Restocking Fee / Disbursements w/out Justification / ISED Regulations

Hello all
1️⃣ Some sellers had funds held in reserve for no obvious reason. Amazon Renewed suspended sellers for charging a restocking fee. SP is going all in on the video calls, but they sometimes send a link that goes to an error page when you try to schedule. By far the best way to mitigate the risk of selling an aggressive brand is by using search@asgtg.com as explained here.

4️⃣ This is happening to accounts that originated in Eastern Europe. You simply need to activate it. “Our records show that you or your business is based in an area affected by the developing situation in Eastern Europe. Your well-being is important to us, and we encourage you to focus on your safety at this time.”
5️⃣ Amazon is trying a pilot where they charge for increased storage space. This can work for those that sell seasonal holiday items.
6️⃣ There was an account from hell that starts with ‘Jac’ that caused a cascading effect and suspended at least 10 (probably much more) other accounts incorrectly for related accounts. That has been reinstated so if you’re linked to that account, request reinstatement.
7️⃣ “Hello, We have received your counter notice and sent it along to the complaining party. We will allow this material to be accessible, unless the complaining party provides us with notice that a lawsuit has been filed against you within 10 business days. Regards, Copyright/Trademark Agent Amazon.com.”
8️⃣ A few sellers complained about Amazon liquidating inventory being enabled even though they went in and disabled this feature. You may want to keep checking to make sure the setting does not toggle on as the losses are catastrophic.
9️⃣ In . CA “To comply with ISED regulations and ensure that your smartphone or tablet listings are not removed, you must include a legible image of compliance information on your product detail pages.”
