1. There is a string of review manipulation suspensions and warnings related to mailers and outside contact with buyers. There have also been insert warnings and suspensions. You can recover from this if it’s the first time; There is a new “communication hub” for some select sellers. Suits have been in a decent mood, reinstating some accounts, but nothing great; March 5 is ASGTG12.

2. Please check your “At Risk” listings. Many older/high-performing ASINs are slated to be taken down 09/01/2025 (Sept 1, 2025)—and no emails were received.

4. “We are taking this action because we found that you have contacted customers using their mailing address and offered some sort of compensation, such as gift cards, free products, or discounts, for customers to write reviews on your products”

5. “This product has been identified as a product that does not comply with the requirements of the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FPLA)..”

6. An ASGTG post has pointed out that Joe Rogan said on his popular podcast that 30% of Supplements on Amazon are fake. This can have ramifications for our supplement sellers.

7. It seems like Amazon.ca is also going through a purge of resellers, with brands being gated and other issues for resellers of popular brands. Link.

10. Sellers continue to complain that reimbursement amounts are much lower, especially for larger claims. I would love some feedback on specific use cases.
