And as of yesterday, the chat opens in a sidebar instead of a pop-out window. The pop-out used to notify you when the rep answered. The sidebar doesn’t. So now you just sit there staring at the screen waiting for them to respond. No way to get anything else done while you’re in a case or they close you out for being idle too long.”
