Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds

1️⃣ SP is doing a great job responding to ASINS and Rights Owner issues quickly but on suspensions they are a bit choppier. In one instance, an AH rep said suspension POAs getting routed incorrectly so if you’re not getting responses, I guess keep calling and if needed escalate. An ASGTG agent had stated that calling AH before noon Eastern VS after noon will get you different results with the overseas rep (before noon) providing more information that is relevant to your situation.

2️⃣ Many sellers received the warning about the Washington NFL team and had their ASINs incorrectly cited as a restricted product. Most of these were reinstated within a few days after appealing as false positive.

4️⃣ Invoices need to be paid to be accepted but I am grateful that they now tell you the reasons why an invoice was not accepted. “Dear, We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your listings at this time. We cannot accept this invoice because there is due amount.”

5️⃣ For approval denials they are mixing together language that it may not be authentic. Some long-time sellers were suddenly removed from selling in certain categories saying their approval is denied even though they were never asked to submit approval. “We received your latest submission and determined that we will not approve your ability to sell Topical products because we are unable to confirm the authenticity of the listings at the bottom of this message. We may not respond to future messages regarding this issue.”

6️⃣ “Hello, We informed you that Amazon Renewed would begin charging a small program fee starting June 1, 2021. To help ensure Amazon Renewed continues to be a trusted source for high-quality refurbished products, we will be postponing and started charging the following fee increases on July 15, 2021:

• A 2% fee will apply on Renewed cell phone devices and Unlocked cell phones.
• A 1% fee will apply on all other Renewed products. “

7️⃣ New Team ! Brand Engagement Team. They seem friendly so far; Amazon started giving order numbers on VOTC. Many received e-mails about their hazmat storage being reduced, but the storage was not actually reduced.

8️⃣ If your still doing non-compliant inserts please stop. “We understand that you may have used inserts, flyers, coupons, brochures, or similar materials included inside or on the product packaging requesting a favorable review or rating or offering incentives to post a review or rating. As a result, we have removed the listings at the bottom of this message.”

9️⃣ On Monday many sellers were locked out for no apparent reason “We have detected suspicious activity on your account. Please contact support for further assistance”. Always have a secondary user with all access as insurance for these situations.
