Hello All,
1) Suspected IP complaints: If you received these on your dashboard and do not have proper invoicing, remove these listings (or keep them at your own risk). If you have no qty and you did not create the listing, delete it from your inventory, regardless. If you have invoices, you can email SP, informing them that the items are authentic and request Amazon to remove the suspected complaints on the dashboard. If you receive confirmation but the complaint is still there, open a case asking for the complaint to be removed as SP confirmed the invoices.
2) New “We are writing to tell you that starting on June 10, 2019, in accordance with FBA policy, inventory that is stranded for an extended period will be classified as unsellable and must be removed from Amazon fulfillment centers… If you don’t activate your listing or create a removal order within 30 days of receiving the notification email, your inventory will be classified as unsellable. For more information, see the stranded reason table on Resolve stranded inventory issues. Inventory classified as unsellable cannot be converted back to sellable. It must be removed from fulfillment centers, or it will be disposed of at your cost after 30 days…”
3) For inventory reconciliation, Amazon made it official so please be on top of these “Amazon has standardized the time frame for requesting reimbursement of FBA fees charged using inaccurate weight or dimensions. Sellers now have 90 days from the date a fee was charged”
4) New “Hello, You have misused the feedback feature on our site. This is against our policies. As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, and your listings have been removed from our site.”
5) Amazon lending offering up to 1 million now “Take a loan up to 1 million and pay only interest for the first three months…”
6) Very rare, not new. “Hello, We are contacting you because you have shared personal information about a buyer. Sellers on Amazon.com are not allowed to share, publish, or disclose order details, including buyer names, addresses, and telephone numbers. As a result, you currently may not sell on Amazon.com.”
7) More on sales rank misuse “Hello, We are contacting you because you appear to have violated the following policies on Amazon.com: — Misuse of Ratings, Feedback, or Reviews — Misuse of Sales Rank — Misuse of Search and Browse Prohibited behaviors on Amazon.com include, but are not limited to: — Hiring 3rd parties to try to improve ASIN rank and/or reviews — Sending packages to addresses where the recipient does not order or expect them — Soliciting or accepting false or fraudulent orders — Placing orders for your own products — Compensating buyers for purchasing your products (including claim codes) If this continues, you will not be able to sell on Amazon.com.”
8) 2 New groups: Accounting/ bookkeeping group and machinery group.
9) “Hello from Fulfillment by Amazon, We are writing to inform you that effective June 1st, 2019, you will be required to approve all multi-destination shipments for shipping plans created using Amazon’s Marketplace Web Service API.
When using the MWS API, your inventory may be split into multiple shipments so that items can be optimally spread across Amazon’s fulfillment network. When multiple shipments are created you will be required to approve all shipments in the plan… For more information, visit “Canceled, misrouted, and incomplete shipments.”
10) New! “Hello We received your claim of intellectual property infringement complaint ID XXXX, ASIN(s) XXXX. Because you recently submitted an identical claim, we will not investigate this duplicate claim. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for investigation of the original claim. Sincerely, Amazon Customer and Brand Protection” (HT Yael C)
