Hello All
1. I asked Andy the 5th why; The president says the 145% tariffs on Chinese imports won’t last. Insiders expect a sharp drop soon. With the De Minimis exemption ending and stronger customs enforcement likely, U.S. brands could see a fairer market ahead.; Several sellers were reinstated recently, but the best move is still to prevent suspensions by fixing ASIN violations before suspension. ; Summer ASGTG workshop.
2. Some sellers have noticed that Standard FBM packages no longer show as “OTDR Protected” when purchasing shipping labels through Amazon, even with AHT and SSA enabled—only “Claims Protected” appears.

4. There was an update on merging child variations that obtained Vine reviews; Suits won’t be penalizing sellers for raising prices because of the trade war.
5. If there is a high qty of an ASIN, even from a different seller, you can get this. “You already have high days of supply for this FNSKU in our fulfillment centers. This product must be removed from this shipment. Consider alternative low cost warehousing and storage solutions such as Amazon Warehousing and Distribution”. More info.
6. This is a bizarre MF-only Section 3 suspension unrelated to the supply chain; Also bizarre, “Note: Amazon no longer accepts a Letter of Authorization as valid documentation.”
7. The ASGTG Facebook group has become the go-to resource for compliance issues among legitimate sellers. If you’re not already a member, I highly recommend joining.
8. This is a direct link for FBA reimbursement reevaluation, but they generally deny. This seller got reimbursed $17.29 for a $160.00 Nike shoe.
9. Strange “Once an authentic product is legally purchased or acquired by another owner, it may subsequently be sold and resold without restriction. You may have not alleged that any of the products sold by third-parties on an Amazon store were illegally manufactured, re-copied, or unlawfully obtained.”
10. “lms_check” on brand ungating denials means Amazon isn’t accepting your invoices to approve the brand.
Wishing You A Great Weekend, ED Rosenberg Voice of the Seller
