Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds  | ASGTG Event March 20, 2025

Hello All
1) I am Looking forward to seeing everyone on Jan 15th for the annual ASGTG sellers’ event. The event will be sold out so if you must do everything last second, please sign up now. (Please note lunch ends 3:30 pm and Dinner starts at 4:00 pm so plan accordingly). Major league vendors are attending this year. You can see list here.

2) Climate change! “We inform you that the following pages have been removed from our catalog:
ASIN: XXXXXXXX, ASIN: XXXXXXXX, ASIN: XXXXXXXX,
Sales of cups, glasses and disposable kitchen plates for a plastic table is prohibited on amazon.fr.”

3) Sellers are finding that the only way to keep up with Amazon’s changing requirements and outsmart competitors is through automation. Zentail is popular among large sellers who need a way to instantly adapt data to Amazon’s standards, monitor inventory 24/7 and protect their five-star ratings. Learn more about how Zentail helps brand owners and resellers. (Sponsored)

4) Two things are new. SP is giving the date the related account was created so you can figure out the account they connected you to. It is also stating that you can reinstate the second account if you provide a business reason to allow two accounts. “We found that your current selling account is related to a different selling account created in MM/YYYY which violated our policies and is not allowed to sell on our site.
As a result, you may no longer use the current selling account to sell on Amazon.com. How do I reactivate my account? In order to reactivate this selling account, please follow the steps below: 1. You must first reactivate the related account by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account. 2. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current Selling account, by using this link:”

5) If you forge an invoice for brand approval, you can be suspended just as quickly as forging for an inauthentic invoice. It needs to be a real order that was placed and paid for.

6) “One or more of your listings may be infringing the intellectual property rights of others and the appeal you provided did not adequately address the intellectual property infringement.”

7) Not new but very popular lately “You have listed items under a brand that you are not approved to sell. This is a violation of our policies. There are pre-approval requirements to sell the brand listed below. In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we may require sellers to obtain additional approval to list certain products and brands.”

8) New sellers selling name brand items are getting suspended as a precaution and are being asked for invoices for their items. You need to be able to provide an invoice for every item you sell on Amazon, even if you do not get complaints and even if they were not sold. If your dropshipping, even if you follow the drop shipping policy, you will not get back in this case because you will not have an invoice for the items listed. If you’re doing RA, it’s hit or miss if they accept your invoices on these requests.

9) As mentioned last week, Amazon has tightened the screws for related accounts. A few sellers with no related accounts were suspended as a result of this sweep. Those generally eventually get reinstated after escalations.

10) If you’re restricted from sending messages, it does not seem possible to appeal and lift the restriction.
