ASGTG Flashback / Bogus Pesticides / Supply Chain Interviews

2️⃣ There was a wave of products that are being incorrectly tagged as pesticides; Amazon continues to hold money for misguided drop shipping violations. Example. Most of the sudden, gating of name brands has been reversed; Amazon is increasing the verification/supply chain interviews.

4️⃣ “Amazon received a letter from FDA which listed violations, poor manufacturing practices, problems with claims for what a product can do, and/or incorrect directions for use. The letter stated that you should take prompt action to address any violations identified in this letter. Failure to adequately address this matter may result in regulatory action being initiated by the FDA without further notice. These actions include, but are not limited to, seizure, injunction, and civil money penalties.”

5️⃣ “Because of product authenticity complaints as well as intellectual property complaints, the system has automatically gated and blocked you from selling certain brands, at this point because of internal policies we cannot allow you to continue selling these products, you no longer qualify to list these brands, unfortunately we are not accepting any new applications or appeals”.

7️⃣ Please check the monthly storage fee report against what is subtracted from the FBA inventory storage report. There were some discrepancies.

8️⃣ There is an issue in .ca with topicals items becoming suddenly gated with no process to appeal. See this seller.

9️⃣ No substantial update on the unsuitable goods issue with millions being held by Amazon.
