This is a mistake I see a lot of sellers make when dealing with Seller Performance. “Should you require an invoice of XYZ, let me know and I can provide”. As I have said multiple times, they are not the biggest schmoozers and they not going to shoot the breeze with you. If they are asking for invoices or you think it will help your cause and you have it, give them what they want.
This is not new, but I think they are going to be watching this closely because of the brand restrictions.
“We have removed your Amazon.com offers listed at the end of this message. We took this action because sales of these items in new condition are restricted to pre-approved sellers. Classifying a new item as used to circumvent product or category restrictions is a violation of our policies.”
“You have supplied documentation to Amazon which appears to be forged, manipulated, or inadmissible. This is against our policies. As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, and your listings have been removed from our site.” This I have never seen before.
