Bizarre Bundling Suspensions / FDA’s Labeling Requirements / ASGTG Sellers Association?

1. There is a cluster of large sellers with bizarre bundling policy suspensions that do not make sense (many in grocery categories). The messaging from Amazon has been inconsistent, and no POA is being accepted. Chinese sellers are being allowed to sell on some of those same listings where large US sellers accounts are suspended for “bundling policy violations.”; There has been a nice amount of ROs and Asins reinstated this past week.

2. There is another cluster of legitimate sellers selling branded goods with reimbursement suspensions that are also receiving inconsistent messaging and feel like Amazon targeted them.

4. “Your account may be at immediate risk of deactivation if you reach the maximum number of repeat violations for infringement-related policies or restricted products policies in a 180-day period, regardless of your AHR. In most cases, the maximum number of repeat violations is five for infringement-related policies and two for restricted products policies.”

5. Going around, “This product has been identified as an unapproved product that does not meet the FDA’s labeling requirements. Amazon policy prohibits the sale of products marketed to U.S. consumers that are labeled only in a foreign language or that do not meet FDA labeling requirement.”

6. Beauty listings are being taken down as restricted products due to containing bimatoprost or isopropyl cloprostenate. On AH, they show as repeat offender with high impact. It’s totally bogus.

8. I spoke with a suspended seller totally incorrectly enforced, who shared her frustration with the suits and the lack of impactful communication from them.
