Buyer Accounts Suspended / Aerosol & Hazmat Decreases / ASGTG Events Site

1️⃣ Many buyer accounts were suspended for various types of reselling and almost none were reinstated yet; The Suits sent out very detailed response to escalations this week and seemed to be in a decent mood especially in releasing held inventory & reinstating ASINs; Many Sellers had issues editing their own detail pages including images, even if they had BR.

2️⃣ We started a separate ASGTG events site for past, present and future memories. I also wrote an “ASGTG” for dummies  article previewing the May 11 (8th) event, just in case your internet did not work the last 5 years and do not know what it’s about.

4️⃣ FBA limited Aerosol & Hazmat capacity at the same time as they increased regular FBA last week. They also are approving most regular FBA inventory increases if you actually still need it. “Inventory storage limits help us to meet the fulfilment needs of our sellers and facilitate the availability of high-demand products to Amazon customers. If your inventory limitation covers less than 13 weeks of your sales, your inventory storage limit may be increased.”

5️⃣ “We took these actions because you have provided compliance documentation to Amazon that appears to be forged or manipulated” This can happen especially if an overseas supplier gives you manipulated safety docs which does happen.

6️⃣ This was sent out to many sellers seemingly incorrectly & the items did not lose discoverability. “We have detected suspicious customer review activity on one or more of the products that you sell in our store. Due to this activity, we are reducing the discoverability of the affected products in search results and promotional channels in order to protect our customers from inauthentic reviews that might influence their purchase decisions. “

7️⃣ Brand “Mielle” has been very bz & aggressive this week filing many Rights owners’ complaints against Sellers.

8️⃣ “We have identified prohibited terms on your Amazon.com. storefront page. cannot use copyrighted Amazon- related terms, similar, or related terms in their display name.” They do not want anything “Amazon” related as your display name.

9️⃣ “This product has been identified as making a concussion-protection or brain-protection claim. The Federal Trade Commission has stated that making such claims without a reasonable basis is deceptive and that competent and reliable scientific evidence is generally needed to substantiate these claims.”

🔟 “Your account does not qualify” continues to show for random sellers that for whatever reason does not allow one to sell particular brands or ASINS that you previously were easily able to. It seems totally random with no performance based reason easily identifiable.
