Hello all
️⃣ This appears to be a new “used as new” form for asins with no POA or invoices required which looks awesome. ; There were many complaints this weekend of top ASINS down for obviously bogus copyright complaints. ASGTG alert system will be mainly down until Sept 29th for Sukkos.
️⃣ SP giving a week or so before gating which is great. “As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, we have implemented additional approval requirements for Eparé products. Effective 2021-09-23, you will need approval to list the affected products.”
️⃣ Do you want to learn actionable strategies from the people at the top of the Amazon Seller food chain that are operating and buying multiple 7, 8, and 9-figure Amazon businesses? On Sept 23rd at noon eastern time, AccruMe will host the second-ever ExitCon LIVE — your FREE chance to pick the brains of people who invest in, operate, and acquire Amazon sellers around the world. SPACE IS VERY LIMITED at this INTERACTIVE LIVE VIRTUAL event so register now! (sponsored)
️⃣ On the appeal interface, it lists .docx as an acceptable format but sometimes gives error. Convert to . PDF and it should go through.
️⃣ On Buyer account. Do not buy on same account you sell on regardless. “Hello, We have deactivated your account because you have consistently used your Amazon account for the purpose of resale or to ship such products to your customers. After careful consideration, we have decided not to restore full access to this account.”
️⃣ We sent the ASGTG21 videos out to attendees. Any issues please let us know. They can be purchased here if you if you didn’t attend.
️⃣ Not new but nice. “Thank you for taking the time to provide us with more information regarding your claim on order xxx-xxxxxxx-xxxxxxx. Upon further review, we have decided to uphold our original decision. We have debited the amount from your account but have not counted the claim against your Order Defect Rate.”
