Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds

1️⃣ Sellers (brands) are sometimes filing legitimate Rights Owner complaints against other sellers and the entire item gets yanked with this message “We are contacting you because you have added inaccurate information to product detail pages. Why did this happen? Sellers on are not allowed to add inaccurate information to product detail pages. “ This likely will be fixed soon; Wishing all those that observe Yom Kippur a meaningful fast.

2️⃣ “As of July 20, 2021, we have added UPS Ground Nationwide for Sunday pickup to the General Shipping Settings in Seller Central. This option is available through special operating plans and agreements with the carrier. Contact the carrier for more information. Services provided through special operating plans will not be available through Buy Shipping and are exempt from the Buy Shipping requirement.”

4️⃣ “We have been managing an increased number of requests, which has caused this unexpected delay in responding to your inquiry. Due to this delay, we have issued a reimbursement to your account for. Please note that this is a one-time reimbursement, and future requests will continue to be routed through the standard process. This reimbursement is not a confirmation that Amazon lost the inventory missing from your shipment.”

5️⃣  Liability Insurance “What happens if I do not provide the requested information? If within 60 days of the first notification by Amazon we do not receive your proof of insurance or we are unable to confirm the information you provide within, future disbursements will be held in your seller account until we are able to verify your proof of insurance. If you still do not take any action or we are still unable to verify your proof of insurance within 90 days of the initial notification, we may not allow you to continue selling on

6️⃣ There was a mass listing takedown last Friday with brands showing not approved for suspected counterfeit items. They were all reinstated within 24 hours and an apology email from SP.

7️⃣ There may be a systemic issue with the product liability insurance requirement for non-USA addresses selling on Amazon as many have posted and reached out to regarding this issue as they are unable to buy insurance.

8️⃣ The “unverifiable” supplier issue is beyond just Health & Beauty but seems to be focused mainly on those types of suppliers. There is no known solution to this BUT no matter do not submit a “created” invoice from another supplier or that will make things worse. I agree this is illogical with no process.
