Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds

1️⃣ A large seller was suspended because they didn’t schedule a video verification in time, even though there were no available slots for a few weeks. After a social media outcry, the sellers received an appointment within 48 hours; Amazon is requiring re-applying for brands for some large accounts; Lots of ASINS reinstated, and suits are in a decent mood; amznsellerhelp is now 24/7 but I feel you get better support during business hours.

2️⃣ There is a new detailed form to report Black hat sellers holding inventory.

3️⃣ Wholesale product supplier: A wholesale supplier who is amazon centric.

4️⃣ “I am writing to you on behalf of the Risk Organization here at Amazon. My team focuses on Brand Engagement and we are here to provide you with the necessary information and tools to ensure your brand’s concerns are addressed appropriately.”

5️⃣ A few sellers received this and were NOT suspended or warned or anything. “We reviewed the information you provided and completed the review of your account. We have decided not to reactivate your account due to violations of our FBA Lost and Damaged Inventory Reimbursement Policy. Funds will remain blocked and you may appeal for funds after 90 days by writing to disbursement-appeals@amazon.XX.”

6️⃣ I spoke to A frustrated seller  that is getting vague and contradictory communication from SP and is suspended without a clear reason.

7️⃣ Rare “You may continue selling on Amazon as long as you are working on this plan and are able to fully resolve the issue in a timely manner.”; Amazon is working to minimize return.

8️⃣ “The fact the ASIN product has a non-infringing use does not avoid the inducement liability that is present on the product detail page and product packaging. In order to have your product reinstated all references to your product being used in combination with a “wand” would need to be removed.”

9️⃣ There were some very strange bank verification emails sent out with some accounts having nothing to verify. They were not spam but some seemed incorrect.

🔟 “Note that, if you want to sell the same product with same transparency code which you previously send to Fulfilment center (FC), then it will be moved to defective or unsellable due to invalid Transparency codes.” This means that FBA callbacks cannot be resent. (HT SA)
