1️⃣ Amazon is focusing on seller verification and sent an email to approximately 1/3 of US based sellers that they are sending a postcard to the address on record to verify this information. I think it was random and not based on any specific criteria. Suspended sellers also received it and do not expect to get reinstated once you verify the address as this is unrelated to the suspension; liability-insurance-verification@amazon.com was used to send emails unrelated to insurance issues.

2️⃣ This is widespread “This product has been identified as containing the drug-only active ingredient N-ACETYL-L-CYSTEINE (NAC).” ; Wayfair , Etsy , Overstock New Groups. Entire Platform.

8️⃣ This is great as Amazon will try to block prohibited messages proactively. “This message was not sent as it did not meet the Buyer Seller Messaging communication guidelines.”

🔟 “We are writing to inform you that we have provided your name and contact information to Health Canada. This information was provided in connection with a formal inquiry regarding ASIN XXXXXX , which is an over-the-counter (OTC) drug that does not meet regulatory requirements.”
