Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds

1️⃣ Wishing all those that celebrate Rosh Hashana a happy and sweet new year. ASGTG in TG has grown to 78 groups and now covers every pain point of Amazon selling & E-commerce. The FB group that deals with compliance doubled and is now 64k+ and the alerts and weekly emails reach the entire sellers community. 2️⃣ According to internal ASGTG polling and feedback from multiple FBA sellers, this week was the worst week in FBA storage limits in recent months, particularly oversized storage; We can confirm 100% that Amazon will not be closing the marketplace due to legislation. The email Amazon sent was just to make a point of what can happen hypothetically worse case situation, but realistically this is not a real possibility.

4️⃣ ESR continues to give great and detailed responses. “Ive reviewed your account and understand you’re concerned about our requirement to create a new ASIN for your materially different product. While I know you’re disappointed with our stance on this matter, I want to assure you the response you received on the XXXX of August is correct.”

5️⃣ If you’re opening a new account, try to request a video call appointment via handwriting on the docs you submit. A very high percentage of those receiving calls end up opening an account.

6️⃣ “Storage limits are based on volume, measured in cubic feet, and determine the fulfillment center capacity you can use. Restock limits are based on units and determine how much inventory you can send to fulfillment centers. Restock limits apply regardless of your IPI score…”

7️⃣ Lots of asins are being blocked with no explanation and nothing showing up on dashboard. For some the status is ” reviewing” and those sometimes become live with zero communication. Suppliers that have previously been accepted for inauthentics are suddenly now being “unverifiable” & placing sellers in a bit of bind. This is particularly so in the fragrances category.

8️⃣ “We were unable to verify your proof of liability insurance. Your selling privileges may get revoked if you do not submit a certificate of insurance that meets Amazon requirements.”

9️⃣ “We believe you may have included materials inside or on your product packaging requesting a favorable product review or rating from customers or offering customers incentives to post a product review or rating. Examples of such materials include inserts, flyers, coupons, or brochures. As a result, we have made unsellable your inventory of the products listed below. You have 30 days to remove this inventory from our Fulfillment Centers:”
