Apply for reimbursement rightfully owed to you by reconciling your FBA inventory and refunds  | Purchase event videos

Hello All.

1.Important: If you could suggest anything that you would like to have changed related to Amazon Seller Performance, what would you suggest? Please take the moment to send me any changes you would like to see Amazon implement into Seller Performance that is realistic and wouldn’t compromise the buyer experience. Suggestion can easily be sent either via email (sellersgrouptg@gmail.com) or completely anonymously by using this form .

2. Sellers that are suspended for infringement received the following email, on or about July 19th:

You have listings that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. This is against our policies. The removed items can be seen on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central. As a result, you may no longer sell on Amazon.com, and your listings have been removed from our site.

If you received such a message, this was not in response to any POA. Even sellers that did not appeal received this message.

3. This past weekend, many sellers did not get the usual “Your payment is on the way” e-mail. Though, they did get their settlements.

4. Watch brand with inventory for sale: Trademark, domain, 400 watches – 6 different collections. Various color combinations – 1500 units of complete packaging – Email mmrrosenberg@gmail.com with any inquiries.

5. Avoiding Long Term Storage Fee (LSF) (2 weeks away!) is a legitimate reason to sell an item and post in the deals group.  https://t.me/joinchat/CSvdDD1aNEpxOfrXzUH6dA . Also, if you would like to dispose of goods, please put it on the Deals group. Someone may be willing to pay for the removal order in exchange for the item. Please only post goods you own, as this is what the group is intended for. It’s unfair to others to post an item someone else owns and is trying to liquidate, even though you happen to be restricted to sell the item.

6. The trend of Amazon reversing bogus RO complaints continues. Good invoices with an explanation are able to overturn a TM violation more often than not.

7. Some beauty product sellers in the UK received the following email.

For the brands listed at the bottom of this message, please reply to this email with copies of invoices or receipts issued in the EEA (European Economic Area) or an authorization letter from the manufacturer including:…You can send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. Invoices or receipts must be issued in the EEA (European Economic Area). Authorization letters must be issued by the manufacturer and state that you are authorized to sell these products in the EEA.

Amazon seems to now want  EU invoices for beauty products sold in the EU.

8. As a rule, I do not think there is any point in removing pricing information from an invoice. Amazon could find your supplier and negotiate pricing as good as you can if they wanted to without getting that information from your invoice.

9. Tip from an ASGTG Member:

A customer stated that the following review was not approved.
“*Happy Happy Happy* Great quality, fast shipping and they even followed up to see if I was satisfied.””
I‘m Unsure why Amazon removed this review. It’s possibly due to mention of fast shipping or follow-up.

10. The following has been popping up:

This product has been identified as a filter for solar viewing. As part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible customer experience, Amazon is implementing safety requirements for all filters for solar viewing offered on the site.

Good Shabbos,

Ed Rosenberg
