Amazon está cometiendo un error / Related Account Team Tipsy / Plastic or Bioplastic Product

1️⃣ A few sellers of renewed had their accounts reinstated but still unable to list; Most of the suppliers that “don’t work anymore” were from beauty which may explain the Topical reapprovals. The Topicals team was communicating even better this week and I think they are now ready for prime time. Amazon Spelling has been a bit choppy (ie Hazmet, “Why is that happened”,Qould”).

2️⃣ There is an issue for sunglasses in Mexico for US sellers as items are getting listed on .MX. Amazon is making a translation mistake and using the word aviator to describe sunglasses. This word does not exist in Spanish and is trademarked in Mexico. So their listings are active in amazon.com, yet suspended under TM complaints in amazon.mx

4️⃣ “You are receiving this message because you may currently be listing, or have previously listed, a plastic or bioplastic product with biodegradable or unsubstantiated compostable claims. Plastic and bioplastic products making these claims are not compliant with California law and cannot be sold into California. “

6️⃣ The related account issue is still a major concern. It’s either a shared credit card or shared 3PL that is causing this. Clearly there are many false positives and they are being corrected slowly. The related account team seems a tad tipsy lately sending emails with Dear <MCID> and when giving the related account, just giving the internal numbers of the account. AH seems very proud of the new “call me” button and is calling and telling everyone about it.
