2️⃣ MILWAUKEE TOOLS went wild the last week, removing a handful listings from Amazon claiming it violated their trademark.

4️⃣ Exact email received: “We have canceled the liting mentioned below because you may have lited an product containing shark. Products containing shark ingredients do not adhere to Amazon’s standards regarding banned ingredients, and only offers that do not contain shark ingredients are allowed to be offered on Amazon.com. “And Why did this happen? Sellers on Amazon.com are not allowed to lit prohibited items.

5️⃣ Escalation emails continue to be extremely descriptive and almost unprecedented which is awesome.

“Imitation U.S. paper money, where both sides of the bill feature conspicuous markings that are permanently affixed (part of) the product and meet ALL OF THE FOLLOWING conditions: A) The word “COPY” written permanently on the bill in ENGLISH, indicating that the product is any of the following:
B) “COPY” text must be larger in SIZE than other text on the bill
NOTE: At a minimum, the text should be LARGER in size than standard serial numbers
C) “COPY” text must be a different COLOR than other text on the bill
ACCEPTABLE:”

6️⃣ “I have adjusted your brand contributions to rank higher than retail contributions. I have also submitted a refresh on the

7️⃣ There was an email that went out last week “Stay informed and involved on legislation that could impact your business.” Many sellers assumed it was fake. We can confirm it was a legit real email from Amazon.

8️⃣ This is the official weekly email that is being sent out early because of the event. Next email will be next week.
