NFL Fires Back at ASGTG / FBA Storage Decrease Petition / OTC Drug Sellers Need Medicine

1️⃣ The majority of FBA sellers were negatively affected by recent storage decreases and the lack of transparency of the matter. 2️⃣ NFL sources have contacted ASGTG agents and confirmed that some Amazon sellers did indeed get approved to sell their authentic NFL products. This is unlike the weekly post last week. ASGTG regrets the apparent error but it does seem like only massive sellers were approved.

4️⃣ “We are unable to accept additional criteria on retractions, such as restrictions. If you intend to retract your original complaint, please resubmit your retraction.”

5️⃣ “If a seller still has issues relisting these products, it is likely they will need to manually list these products as being in stock before they will be able to sell the ASINs in questions. Best regards, Neutral Patent Evaluation Team.”

6️⃣ There were many OTC Drug asins that were removed as the compliance docs request seems impossible and it is unclear to the labs what is expected from the compliance team. If its not an OTC drug at all and you receive a request for OTC docs, appeal as a false positive and you may have success that way.

7️⃣ Update on Dietary Supplements. The Approval team does seem to approve the brand after enough ASINS of a particular brand are approved. No notification on the unapproved ASINS but they get auto reinstated. I think around 5 or 6 per brand needed but please do your own research to verify.

8️⃣ For shoes 😊 “This product has been identified as one this is prohibited for sale or listing on Amazon. Amazon does not allow products that promote, incite, or glorify hatred, violence, racial, sexual or religious intolerance or promote organizations with such views. We will also remove listings that graphically portray violence or victims of violence.”

9️⃣ A friendly AH rep took a verbal POA and then summarized the POA in an email. “Please follow the steps described in your plan of action to prevent Order defect rate: The plan of action you described was: XXXXXX”.

🔟 Many emails including counter-notice@amazon.com have been bouncing back even though your requested to use that email for DMCA counter notices. You can open a case and reference the team and email.
